The Tree Top Queen Room was amazing. Super comfy bed and spacious. Loved the Victorian-style bathroom with a roll-top bath. Mini fridge, microwave, kettle, and good-sized TV. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining area between 8-9am. Great location, just a short walk to the beach.

It was clean and quiet and I/we were made welcome.
I missed breakie 2 out of the 4 days because I had to leave early to go diving. A selection of cereals and some milk should be made available for such situations. BUT to be fair I didn't ask if it could be done as I didn't know from day to day when I would be leaving early or later.

Unfortunately i only stayed for one day but could not be happier! Our bedroom was beautiful, absolutely immaculate, comfortable and romantic. The staff is really friendly and the service is excellent, they provide you with everything you need without being intrusive. Also, i requested a bottle of champagne to be put in our bedroom fridge as a surprise to my fiancee and they promptly replied confirming they could organise it for me. Will definitely come back and recommend it to all me friends :)

Had a lovely stay at Anchorage! The Tree Top Queen Room was spacious and the Victorian-style bathroom with a roll-top bath was a highlight. Enjoyed relaxing on the long verandah and the delicious continental breakfast was a great start to our day. Just a bit noisy at night with the aircon.

I loved the atmosphere of this Bed & Breakfast, the feeling of it when pulling up into its beautiful gardens. The welcoming Owners. It felt so homely I simply did not want to leave! Beautiful setting & decor. Definitely be organizing another trip down to Rockingham in the neat future to stay at The Anchorage again. Next time it will definitely be for more than just one night! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The anchorage is almost lovely, but I just couldn't overlook the severe shower leak and the non-existent internet. I also expected at least some form of compensation for my struggles, like a welcome gift or room upgrade, but apparently, they only treat special guests with the red-carpet treatment. Not impressed at all.

The Tree Top Queen Room was excellent, with a spacious layout and a Victorian-style bathroom complete with a roll-top bath, with a touch of class. The dining area for breakfast was charming, serving a generous and tasty spread that hit the spot each morning.
The air conditioning unit was a real nuisance at night was great. I encountered issues with the shower with a leak leading to poor water pressure, and access to Wi-Fi was annoyingly nonexistent, forcing me to rely on my mobile data. Parking was limited and that gate didn't always shut properly, meaning you had to fiddle with it. It's a nice place overall, but those quirks made it a bit tricky.
